Delverique™ is owned and operated by Shanghai Zhixushi Network Technology Co., Ltd.

By accessing delverique.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to your use or transaction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or submit an order.

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your place of residence.

If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If customer account functionality is available and you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weight, materials, pricing, and availability accurately.

Delverique™ focuses on tactile toys, mechanical desk toys, kinetic objects, interactive collectibles, and visually driven play pieces. Product designs may reflect original concepts, mechanism studies, movement development, proportion testing, material combinations, tactile feedback, and visual detailing created or curated for the Delverique™ collection.

The appearance of colors may vary because of photography, lighting, screen settings, display calibration, and other reasonable factors. Measurements and weights may also be subject to reasonable variation.

Where a product listing indicates that the pictured item is representative, the piece received may not be visually identical to every product image. Product photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and material variation may also affect perceived color, finish, movement, or appearance.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that the order request was received but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.
• Suspected unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Unavailable inventory.
• An obvious or material pricing or product-information error.
• Legal or shipping restrictions.
• An inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices on delverique.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total.

By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Applicable shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable return requirements.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. Return-shipping and original-shipping treatment depends on the reason for the return.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos showing the product, issue, packaging, and shipping label where appropriate.

After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return, or other reasonable solution at no additional cost caused by that error.

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers. Discounts should be applied before checkout is completed.

Products must be used lawfully and in accordance with the applicable product description, care information, specifications, and safety instructions.

Delverique™ products are sold primarily as tactile toys, mechanical desk toys, kinetic objects, interactive collectibles, and display-oriented play pieces intended for general recreational, collectible, or desk-use purposes.

They are not sold as medical devices or medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Any references to stress relief, focus, tactile satisfaction, mechanical enjoyment, visual satisfaction, or similar experiences describe general product characteristics or intended user experience only and do not guarantee any medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or other particular outcome.

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing, or commercial resale should contact us before placing an order so that availability and applicable terms can be confirmed.

Purchasing products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official Delverique™ distributor, agent, representative, partner, or authorized retailer without our prior written permission.

The Delverique™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, original design concepts, sketches, mechanical concepts, interactive structures, visual forms, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful, noncommercial purposes. Store content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

Nothing on the website grants permission to reproduce, manufacture, imitate, reverse-engineer for commercial copying, or commercially exploit Delverique™ original product concepts, sketches, mechanical structures, interactive designs, visual forms, or distinctive product presentations without authorization where such rights are protected by applicable law.

If the website allows you to submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content for operating, promoting, and improving the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, misleading, infringing, contains sensitive personal information, or is unrelated to the relevant product or service.

You may not use the website to:

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, transportation restrictions, labor disruptions, government action, customs delays, infrastructure failure, widespread technical outages, or similar events.

Where such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate available information and provide an appropriate solution under the circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, a transaction, or product use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.

These Terms and purchases made through the store are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply based on the transaction or customer’s location.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact customer support first so that both parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Nothing in this section prevents either party from using rights or remedies available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce that or another provision later.

We may revise these Terms when our services, business practices, technology, store policies, or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be posted on delverique.com with an updated revision date. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to that transaction.
